It is an All Risk coverage insurance that covers damage caused by an unforeseen accident to a construction item at a construction site.
At the option of the policyholder (construction owner, contractor, and other construction officials), we will also compensate for legal liability incurred for damage to the body or property of a 3rd party during the construction project.

a) Subject to compulsory subscription

 - Article 23 of the Enforcement Rules of the Law on Contracts to which the State is a Party

 - Article 78 of the Enforcement Decree of the Law on Contracts to which the State is a Party

 - Alternative bidding, batch bidding or implementation design during large construction, contract by construction bid and contract by specific construction - Contract by alternative bidding or batch bidding, regardless of the estimated total construction cost

b) Subject to not compulsory subscription

 - All construction and civil works ordered by individuals or legal entities

compensate for the following damages for the construction object.

- Compensate for damages caused by accidents caused by wrong work during construction.

- Compensate for damages caused by mishandling or malicious conduct by field workers or 3rd parties.

- Compensate for damages caused by fire, lightning strikes, explosions, ruptures, and heavy weather.

- 3rd Party Liability Damage When the company shall compensate for the liability damages under the law that may be caused by the damage to the property of the 3rd party or the injury to the body by the direct cause of the construction.
