EEI (Electronic Equipment Insurance)

  • 1. Product Overview
    Compensate for damage to the device itself caused by fire, explosion, electrical or mechanical accident, water immersion, storm, etc. during the use or management of electronic equipment. It is an insurance policy that can be compensated by the policyholder's choice by adding all the additional expenses incurred by the loss of the external information medium in storage or the use of the device caused by the inability to use the device.
  • 2. Company Who needs this policy

    Any electronic device and equipment owned by a corporation, school, research institution, government, public institution, hospital, individual, etc., that is in operation or installed in a flexible state, may be subject to:

    - Computer systems (research, opening, commercial, office, industrial computer systems)

    - Electronic devices for hospitals (X-Ray devices, electron microscopes, spectroscopy, CT devices, MRI devices, etc.)

    - Communication facilities (satellite transceivers, radar, telephone exchange facilities, etc.)

    - Other electronic devices (electronic scoreboard facilities, traffic signal devices, etc.)

  • 3. Main Covered damages

    Compensate for the material damage caused to the electronic device caused by the accident below.

    - Compensate for damages caused by mechanical and electrical accidents caused by short circuits, short circuits, overcurrent, glare, etc.

    - Compensate for damages caused by design, fabrication, assembly and installation defects, casting or material defects.

    As a risk of compensating for material damages, this policy will compensate for all additional expenses incurred by using substitute electronic devices when the electronic device is shut down, such as labor costs, temporary use fees for substitute electronic devices, and transportation costs of information media, etc.
